Better Than Good 1 Year Anniversary & A Twitter Takeover

July 8 marks the one year anniversary of the release of my first book in the Better Than Stories, Better Than Good.  Two others, Better Than Chance and Better Than Friends have since joined BTG and you the readers have kinda indicated…you like these guys.  Better Than Friends has officially been available for 2 weeks and has spent a fair amount of time in the top 10 (Yes, even #1! Woohoo!) during this time.  Thank you all for your support!  I love that you love Aaron & Matt, Peter & Jay and Curt & Jack as much as I do.  It’s an amazing compliment to an author.

All three books are audiobooks, the first two are available for purchase now and Better Than Friends is in production with an early fall release date.  If you haven’t listened to Tyler Stevens…give yourself a treat!  The man is so very talented, you’ll be compelled to hear his version of Matt telling you about meeting Aaron and Jay’s soft Southern drawl telling you about Peter.  Here is a sample :-), good huh?

As a commemoration of the 1 Year Anniversary, I’m going to offer an audiobook copy of the winner’s choice or 2 ebooks from my backlog.  All you need to do is comment… tell me what you like about the characters if you’ve read the stories or what you like about the MM genre in general if you’re new to the series.  I will choose two winners on July 8 at 9pm PST.

Also…I will be doing a twitter takeover tomorrow Tuesday, July 1 with fellow Dreamspinner Press author, Aidee Ladnier.  Say hello please! If you’re on the East Coast…that’s 2-5pm and if you’re in Europe, I believe it’s 7-9pm.  (I’ll have to look up Australia & NZ! 😉 )

Again, thank you all!  Let the fun begin!

  1. I absolutely loved the first two books, which I purchased as audiobooks. And thank you for introducing me to Tyler Stevens, who made them even more enjoyable! So I’m delighted to hear that he’s doing Better Than Friends. I can’t wait for it to come out. I really appreciate it when publishers don’t change narrators in the middle of a series, especially when you have a great one! Keep up the great work – I’ll definitely be looking forward to more.

    1. Thank you Paul! I absolutely agree with you. Tyler is incredibly talented. I loved what he did with the first two books and I’m very interested to hear his take on Better Than Friends… with Curt in particular. I’m sure he’ll be amazing. 🙂

  2. I just recently finished reading Better Than Friends and have submitted my review. There were so many good things from this story. Jack and Curtis, both, were fun, good natured, and a joy to read. I love the passion between the two, the spontaneity they had and their exuberance was contagious. I love Jack’s take chg attitude and Curt knowing when he needed to just go with it. I love when Jack can detect what loop is running through Curt’s head and is there to put him at ease. And most of all, I love their sex scenes because the scene itself was not so much described as what was described leading up to it. Their laughter, affection and their passion all made up their chemistry that balanced each other. I better stop before I write my whole review right here, lol. In case you couldn’t tell, I loved this story. Thank you for doing a giveaway, I would love to be entered.

    1. I love that you love them! Thank you for your kind words. I hope you got a chance to listen to Tyler’s teaser sample. He truly is talented. When it comes to the audiobooks, it really is all about the narrator. I’m so excited I was lucky enough to get him for this series. 🙂

  3. I’m new to this series but it sounds really good. Thank you for a chance to win! I love to read M/M romances, especially books with strong emotional characters who have damaged pasts but are willing to take a chance to open themselves and find love.

  4. This series sounds amazing! I can’t wait to read them. I just spent some time listening to the audio versions of Better & Chance – absolutely loved the voice of Tyler Stevens. I have never owned an audio book but I’m thinking I would start with these – I can see alot of housework getting done 🙂

    1. That’s a great way to look at housework! And I agree, Tyler has the best voice! Great range too. You should hear his Matt from Better Than Good! Thanks for commenting. Lane xo
