Yes, I am! And I’m so excited!! I live near the ocean in a pretty tourist town that gets hoards of visitors in the summer, so my first choice for a getaway is usually a big fun city. Think NYC. But we’re going to the beach. In another state, but yeah… the beach. I’m thrilled though, because getting away is always a good thing but more so because this will mark our first real family vacation with all 5 of us in four years. In the fall, I’ll have two kids in college and only one left at home. Life is changing. It’s all good, however, I know it won’t be easy to get everyone together for big vacations as my formerly little people become adults. So I’m relishing the chance to be together in a beautiful setting with a ton of books at my side ( and on my Kindle!).
