Celebrating Better Than Good’s 2 Year Anniversary!

Two years ago today my first book, Better Than Good, was released.  It was a big deal to me and I no idea what to expect.  All I knew was I loved Matt and Aaron and I was excited to share their story.  It took me longer than it should have to start Better Than Chance because I couldn’t get them out of my head.  I wrote a ton of short stories… some of which are eh and others I kind of like.  I’ve released a few here and have mentioned releasing others, including a “toppy” Aaron story. 🙂 I will. I promise. Look for it this fall when Book 4, Better Than Safe, comes out. And perhaps another…

In the meantime, for those who haven’t read the book and are interested in seeing where it began, I want to offer an opportunity to win an ebook copy of Better Than Good.  All you need to do is share your summer plans… exciting vacations or stay-cations, trips to the beach or lazy days spent reading.  Anything fun?  If you’ve read the book and still want to participate, please do & maybe include what you like about Matt & Aaron’s story.

Here is the blurb from Better Than Good:

Matt Sullivan understands labels: law student, athlete, heterosexual. He has goals: graduate and begin his career in law. One fateful night, Matt tags along with his gay roommate to a dance club and everything changes. Matt finds himself attracted to the most beautiful man he’s ever seen. All labels go flying out the window.

Aaron Mendez doesn’t believe in labels, and he’s leery of straight curious men. He makes it clear that he’ll hide his fabulous light for no one. While Aaron can’t deny the attraction between him and Matt, he is reluctant to start anything with someone who is still dealing with what this new label means—especially when that someone has a girlfriend.

I will choose a winner Sunday, July 12 at 9pm PST. Good luck! 🙂

Happy Reading! Lane xo
